A factory preblended commercial grade mortar containing portland cement, hydrated masonry lime and masonry grade sand. Specially formulated to provide superior bond, water retention, board life, workability and finish. Designed for residential and commercial brick, block, stone or other masonry applications. Achieves medium structural strength for non-load bearing walls in above grade, interior and exterior wall applications. Meets ASTM C-270 specifications, exceeds ASTM C-387 specifications.
