A factory preblended commercial grade mortar containing masonry cement and masonry grade sand. Designed to achieve medium strength for non-load bearing walls in residential and commercial brick, block, stone or other masonry construction. Specially formulated to provide superior bond, water retention, board life, workability and finish. Use in above grade, interior and exterior wall applications. Meets ASTM C-270 specifications, exceeds ASTM C-387 specifications.
