A factory preblended commercial grade mortar containing masonry cement and masonry grade sand. Designed for load bearing walls in residential and commercial masonry construction. Achieves a higher strength and mechanical resistance. Specially formulated to provide superior bond, water retention, board life, workability and finish. Use in above or below grade, interior and exterior wall applications. Meets ASTM C-270 specifications, exceeds ASTM C-387 specifications.
